Questions
What people ask before calling
Are you really lawyers? My cousin used a notario.
Yes. Dulce, Brenna and Gerardo are licensed lawyers, and we'll give you our bar numbers. In many countries a notario is a lawyer; in the United States a notary public isn't, and can't advise you or file your case.
Can I talk to you if I don't have papers?
Yes. What you tell us stays between you and the firm, and we never report a client to immigration.
What does the first meeting cost?
We tell you when you book it. After that, every fee goes in a letter that you read and sign before you pay anything.
Do you work in Spanish?
Dulce, Gerardo and Nuria do, on calls, in meetings and in writing. Brenna meets Spanish-speaking clients with one of them in the room.
Can you promise a result?
No lawyer can. We tell you how we read your case, what could go wrong and what the next step is, in writing.
